My name is Pamela Barton and I am living and teaching a whole foods based diet for several years now, online, to individuals and groups. I have created several programs for metabolic health, hormone rebalance and thyroid conditions.
Almost all chronic health problems are connected to the way we eat. If we course correct and eat in a way that serves and nourishes our body, our health will improve considerably. It happens all the time :)
