The things I wish I had known...

I have spent my entire adult life working in and around restaurants, as I am sure you have.

Restaurants, bars, clubs, cafe's and all kinds of places in between.

I have been so lucky to have had the chance to work with so many incredible people, and to learn so many skills that I will continue to use for the rest of my life.

There is one part that has always been missing though... One part that I could have made my experience better... One part that could have allowed me to support others better.
