
We see it everywhere. People are opting to work at home, creating flexible schedules, and taking more time off. It’s part of a mindset, and not just for young people. Some have chosen to opt out of the workforce entirely, which gives those who are still in it even more leverage.
So whether young or old, flexibility in work and life has become the new luxury. In the same way, discretionary time has become the new wealth. Time is the one resource where there is no guarantee beyond this very moment, and more free time to do whatever we want is the newest form of wealth. Judging by the number of people leaving the workforce, many are seeking this new wealth.

People who enjoy their work, feel enormous satisfaction from the contribution they are making, and consider work more like a hobby than anything else. What of them?
