Body Kinetics is a family-owned neighborhood health club in business since 1990.  Brothers Michael, John, and Joey Hoeber offer a personalized exercise experience in three locations in Marin County, California: Mill Valley, San Rafael, and Novato.

Specializing in personal training for 32 years and voted"Best of Marin" 2020 and 2021, our trainers incorporate the latest in exercise and motivational science to provide clients with innovative andeffective workouts. In addition to one on one sessions our Small Group Training workouts propel your fitness to another level with personalized coaching fromcertified trainers, who inspire a dynamic atmosphere of fun, camaraderie and support.

In addition to our live experience you can connect virtually to take many classes and Bootcamps. Sign up for live cycle or yoga classes, or take part in our Total Body Transformation. Recorded classes are also available so you can participate at your convenience.
