We are a small, hands-on practice dedicated to a customized approach to weight management for each individual. The Head to Health Program, founded in 2002, is a carefully tailored, balanced, sustainable program that usually consists of 6, or 12 weekly zoom appoiontments depending on how much weight you want to lose.
Whether you are male or female, have a few pounds to lose, or quite a few pounds, We will design a meal plan that is tailored to your height, weight, age, and activity level and of course to your palate!
Our patients find that they can easily and effortlessly adapt this program to their lifestyle, with the absence of calorie counting and very little weighing and measuring of food is what makes achieving an 8% weight loss goal in the first six weeks and a 16 % weight loss goal very attainable. We have an unprecedented 95% success rate due to our very careful and thorough pre-screening of each individual by phone before we will enroll you in the program.
We ensure that you will enjoy many of your favorite foods while enrolled in the Headtohealth program and that you will be eating three filling meals and at least 1, 2, or 3 customized snacks in between meals daily. You will not be hungry, will have more energy, and be nicely sated.

The Headtohealth Program will provide you with an organized, systematic way of eating so that you are not feeling deprived. We will increase the quantity of low glycemic foods and decrease the quantity of high glycemic foods (low sugar and high sugar foods).
