Make this quick tuna spread in the morning instead of the same old breakfast. Take it to work in a jar. Enjoy it with whole wheat bread.

Mess-free, easy-peasy!

Healthy homemade tuna spread

Ingredients:

Can of tuna

5-6 green olives

Chopped chives

2-3 tsp olive oil

1/2 lemon juice

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a jar, blend well with stick blender to get a paste.
  • Serve with whole wheat bread/bread sticks/muffins, crackers, tortillas.
  • Enjoy!
