The Breakfast Club with Coach Chuck

The class consist of a verity of body weight movements (squats, jumping squats, push-ups, planks, sit-ups, flutter kicks, lunges, jumping lunges, burpees, et..) structured into workouts using time and repetitions. The classes last anywhere between 30 and 45 minutes with the “Words of Wisdom” section at the end. Which is intended to set a positive mindset for the day!
