I am Clinging Grace Pilates. I am a Pilates Instructor and Spiritual Healer. I help those interested in moving forward to Transformation and Healing through Awareness.
Born and raised in Queens, NY, I AM New York. I have a B.A. in Dance and went into Pilates to support myself, so I could dance. I ended up falling in love with the regime! Although, when I first started teaching, I felt like I was a better "healer" than a teacher. Little did I know at the time that I would be doing Healing as part of my work and journey. I feel free and brave when I teach, and I enjoy being able to pass that feeling on to others. Everyone should feel to their core how amazing they are as human beings and as a soul.
