My name is Julia Hartstein, and I am a Romana's Certified Pilates instructor and Spiritual Healer! Yeah, I know, interesting combo, huh? I have been teaching Pilates for 20 years and without my knowing also healing clients, too. I was trained and certified by Romana Kryzanowska in her world famous studio in Manhattan, where I also became a "teacher of teachers".
