Your life is composed of the culmination of the choices you have made up until now.

Some of your options are deliberate; unfortunately, many are automatic and controlled by your subconscious. You have programmed your mind to decide certain things for you automatically. Up to Ninety percent of our daily choices are preprogrammed responses from past experiences. If you are making little alterations for the better, these automatic responses may serve you poorly. Some automated decisions may be how you think and act and what you believe. What you think is possible, your mindset and attitude, and other things you do not even consider. Sometimes that is a good thing to help us simplify our life; other times, we may want to make a wiser choice for our good.

Let's assess and see if you consciously choose any of the following. Do you decide what you think about it, or is it automatic? Do you determine which foods are best for you and give you the most energy? Do you prefer to be happy or dwell on the negative things that make you sad? Do you choose your best morning routine, or what has been good enough and convenient? Do you remember making any of these choices, or did they happen?

Another point I want to make is maybe you need to choose to think about any situation in a different light. You can only solve a problem with a different frame of mind than it was created. Let's say you have a negative situation of any kind. You must step outside and look at it with an unbiased point of view to make improvements. If you remove the negative emotion you have developed about it and revisit it, you may find something different. You should assess the areas of your life that could improve and question some of your past choices. When did you make this choice? Are the same circumstances relevant today? Should you make a better choice now and improve or live the rest of your life this way? Every day you have options and choices that affect your life somehow. These choices turn into habits and actions which have resulted in your life today. If you are unaware, and even if you are, of these happenings, you may have some regret, either now or later in life. Live your life with no regrets.

Choose wisely!

"No one forces a person to be negative, and no one forces anyone to be positive. The choice is up to an individual and that person alone." Byron Pulsifer, Stop Complaining

"The choice to take action to accomplish what you want or what you deserve is entirely up to you. No one is going to seek you out and no one is going to do it for you. It's your move." Catherine Pulsifer, Action Plan Template

"Transformation occurs when there has been a learning lesson and you choose to create a better choice." Andrea Reibmayr, Trust Leadership

"If you don't have the information you need to make wise choices, find someone who does." Lori Hill, 5 Gifts to Give Yourself

"You always do what you want to do. This is true with every act. You may say that you had to do something, or that you were forced to, but actually, whatever you do, you do by choice. Only you have the power to choose for yourself." W. Clement Stone

"The choices we make every minute of every day can contribute to making someone's life a little bit better or worse even without intending to." Chikamso Efobi, Twisted in a Positive Way

We all need to decide whether to "play it safe" in life and worry about the downside, or instead take a chance, by being who we really are and living the life our heart desires. Which choice are you making? Charlie Badenhop

"You shape your future every day through the choices you make. That's sort of a hard one to swallow, isn't it? It would be much easier to say you are a victim of circumstances. Then you don't have to act. Your choices create your reality." Jason Harvey, Achieve Anything In Just One Year

"Only when we accept the fact that we are where we are because of choices we've made in the past can we live every day of the rest of our lives in the certain knowledge that we can do anything we want to do if we simply make the right choices." Jim Stovall, Wisdom for Winners Volume One Newsletter
