Opportunities are everywhere. Every day each of us has tons of opportunities. The question is, do you take advantage of opportunities when given a chance to make them possible?
When we hear the term opportunity, we may think of a job, meeting someone new, or taking risks. There are many more you may not realize. What is the real meaning of opportunity? An occasion or situation that makes it possible to do something you want to or have to do, or the possibility of doing something.
Let's look at a few advantages of OPPORTUNITIES. It brings you out of your comfort zone; hence we can grow. We can learn either something new or something about ourselves. It makes you think on your feet and moves you forward. Also, we may discover unknown passions. Usually, something good results from this experience.
Where are all the opportunities you are speaking of, and how can I benefit? Ok, Let's start with waking up in the morning. You can start the day the best way possible or do what you have been doing without seeing good results. Where is your state of mind the first thing, thinking and engaged, or critical and autopilot? How is your viewpoint when the day starts, positive or negative? Are you focused or distracted? Do you start your day with good thoughts about yourself and others? Are you thinking of ways to improve in any way, shape, or form in any area of your life? Are you eating foods that serve you well? A good morning routine can significantly affect how the rest of your day goes and beyond. How does the rest of your day go? Are you taking things in stride and getting things accomplished? Are you up for the challenge of whatever the world can toss at you? Suppose you are just reacting to situations one after the other without responding correctly. In that case, you may find yourself out of sorts. Your day continues with additional opportunities in every moment and into the night. Being in the present moment is the least you can do; always strive for more. Opportunities and possibilities will come to those who seek them out.
One of the reasons I am pointing opportunities out is you have a big one coming up. It is the end of the year, and whatever you accomplished or did not accomplish, you can put it behind you and look forward to a new year and a new start. You don't have to wait until every new year, but that may help make it easier to make changes for the better. Your life is determined by how you think, what you think is possible, and seeking opportunities.
What are you seeking?
