December 2022 is the full moon in Gemini.
This month we are exploring both sides of ourselves - human and divine, heart and soul, light and dark. We are acknowledging the pieces of us that pass with time, plus the impact and essence of ourselves that will live forever.
Journalling Prompts for this Full Moon:
1) What parts of my humanity do I enjoy and appreciate the most?
2) What aspects of my humanity do I need shy away from? Why? How can I embrace those parts and find more acceptance?
3) How do I define my heart? How do I define my soul? How can I better understand my connection to both?
4) What aspects of me do I recognize as divine? How can I lean more into my own divinity?

MISSOULA FULL MOON FLOW

On this cold moon, Azur will be offering a heartwarming practice of laughter, movement and breath.
This month's artists Gratitude Ceramics & Kyle Engman Photography and our hosts at the Kettlehouse in Bonner will be cultivating community and serving up some beautiful art to both admire and purchase. Kettlehouse has their own merch as well - Ts, sweatshirts and mugs. These are all perfect holiday gifts to put you in a snowy mountainside mood.
Also, be sure to ask Azur about private sessions to dive deeper into your wellness as we close out the the year.
Please bring your own mat. Payments can be made directly to Azur for the Yoga class and to our artists for any pieces that catch your eye.
BILLINGS FULL MOON FLOW
On Wednesday December 7th | 6-7pm we will be flowing with Erin Anderson back at Limber Tree Yoga and Wellness Studio.
Erin has moon flow planned that will allow us to open our hearts and feel the beat of souls.
Some mats are available for use.
This is a pay what you can class, but we do request that folks register ahead of time.
