Prepared for Anything

Stuff happens. We already know this from experience. Upheaval can come in many forms from oversleeping when you have an important meeting first thing in the morning to having someone run into your car at the grocery store.

The problem with upheaval is it’s entirely outside of your control. There’s no way
to mitigate every circumstance. People get sick. Accidents happen. Other people
are going to let you down.

By having a plan for when things go wrong, you can change entirely how you deal
with the unexpected.

While not everything can be prepped in advance, there are several things you can do to keep yourself on top, even with the most unexpected upheaval. Have a full
pantry. Put a little extra in the bank account to give you a cushion for extra
expenses. The trick is to think about what you need, like scheduling a few
additional minutes into your commute in case of a traffic jam.

Then you can relax. When upheaval happens, you’re already prepared and can jump in right away to take action.
