This week we will embarking on the start of a new series of classes, based around the elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
Earth week is all about feeling grounded and present, safe and secure. We will be building our postures from the ground up, finding more strength and stability through this process. Physically we will challenge lower body strength and balance, using the breath and body to anchor our minds to our practice.
