It’s natural in our busy lives to feel overwhelmed at times and unsure what to tackle first. In order to manage this we need to approach problems and tasks from a place of clarity and calm, which can often feel elusive.
Sometimes you need to step back, go for a walk, speak to a friend or step onto your mat to do some yoga 🧘♀️
This week’s practice is all about finding peace from within and switching off from outside distractions, in order to then be able to process your daily tasks more calmly and efficiently.
We will be really looking inwards to find the space to just breathe and be with yourself, moving through a number of restorative forward folds and counterbalancing extensions. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in your practice and come away feeling rejuvenated and peaceful ✨
