Whether you are looking to balance your training out or just add some stretching and strengthening into your week, a yoga practice can help you physically to tone and strengthen, as well as making you feel great ❤️

Practicing yoga at home is a great way to fit in with your life and really get into your own practice 🙏🏻 no stress to get there on time, worries about doing it ‘right’ or others watching you.

This month join me for a weekly practice that will take you through a focused approach on the body and the physical benefits of yoga, allowing you to feel peaceful and calm in your mind.

Week 1 - Lower body stretch & strengthen

Week 2 - Balance & Core strength

Week 3 - Spine strengthen & lengthen

Week 4 - Upper body stretch & strengthen 

Week 5 - Recover & rejuvenate

Classes are £6 as a drop in or get 5 classes this month for £18!
