The theme of this week’s class is ❤️GRATITUDE❤️ Studies have shown that a regular gratitude practice can reduce your stress levels, improve your sleep and even improve your physical health and well-being. We will be exploring this theme physically with postures to open your heart space - shoulders, chest and back - to allow you to feel more relaxed and resilient to daily stresses ❤️

My aim is always to make you feel better at the end of class than when you started and I look forward to hopefully seeing you on Saturday at 9am to start your weekend right and take that hour for yourself to feel great 🤩
