How often have you felt completely free in your body, fully expressed, and genuinely you? Take a moment to reflect on this.

Unfortunately, we live in the world that hasn't made this the norm. With so much going on in the world, especially in relation to freedom, I decided to make this my intention for my subscription offerings 🤲🏽 for the month of September and invite you to join me! 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
Each week we will be diving into different facets of freedom:
Week 1 (9/4): We will focus on setting our intention for liberation.
Week 2 (9/11): We will invite freedom of movement in the physical realm. This means we will be exploring asanas or poses that create space and freedom in the body!
Week 3 (9/18): We will explore freedom on an emotional level. Asana in combination with drumming and a soothing sound bath will facilitate letting go and grounding.
Week 4 (9/25): By this time we will be ready to bring awareness into the mind space. Guided chakra meditation + journaling will be used to free any lingering blockages and bring freedom into body, heart, and mind!

Also, due to popular demand, classes have shifted to Saturdays at 8 am! Cause... did you know keeping a similar routine as the weekdays helps your circadian rhythm stay in balance? And waking up for yoga on Saturdays just before you hit the outdoors, an event, or simply relax, will help you stay on track!
