Ayesha is a certified Mixxedfit instructor and the first (and only) in the state of New Jersey, and La&#39;Keisha earned her &quot;Wellness Coaching&quot; certificate from Cornell University.When Ayesha isn&#39;t turning up in her Mixxedfit classes she loves helping others in her role as a Life/Accountability Coach. Ayesha is also the Founder of &quot;Sistas With Psoriasis&quot;, a support group for women of color with psoriasis.La&#39;Keisha is a proud 21-year entrepreneurial veteran and &quot;technista&quot; with a passion for using technology to bridge communities. When she isn&#39;t managing Hive Vibes Zoom platform for virtual guests, or crafting a survey to get feedback you can find her advocating for self-care and kicking off wellness initiatives.
