BREW45 is 45 minutes of HIIT exercises.
Expect a full-body workout with minimal downtime using your bodyweight, mini loop bands (aka "booty bands") and “equipment” from your home, such as water bottles, laundry detergent, and weights if you have (not necessary).
Classes are limited in size so that Coach Brewer can provide personalized feedback to each student. YOU CAN DISABLE YOUR VIDEO if you would rather not be seen. If you miss class, we can make a video recording that will be playable through midnight, day of class.
