Thursday - Pilates with Sarah
But do you know what I really want to end my week on?
A giant cheeseburger, some beers, and some rad tunes - and I am going to make that dream a reality!
Surely this is counter-intuitive after I've made such progress through the week and clearly heading in a "healthier direction?"
Screw that - the weekend is for living and even if it's just a couple of nights a week then I'm still winning 5-2 on the health game - a +3 if you will (I do treat Sunday as a fairly healthy day so as fresh for the next week ahead...)
