A journey can mean many things to many different people - lots of thoughts come to mind such as travel, work, and battling through good and bad experiences (how many TV shows do you watch where the stars say they have been on a journey...)
Today I'm sharing some of my favourite Michael Sealey meditations that contain an element of self-hypnosis - a journey for the mind if you will!
It may sound weird, but what these meditations do is to really take you out of your day to day and transport you to a new reality, often with some kind of benefit that medicates the little grey cells and helps you see things from a new perspective.
Plus of course they're a great opportunity for some time out to chill and switch off our always active "monkey-mind"
So next time you're flicking through Netflix and can't really find anything worth watching, maybe pop one of these on in the background, close your eyes and breathe.
You may find that it's 20, 40, 60 minutes well spent 😍- plus you might even fall into a really nice deep sleep/nap and feel a million dollars for it!
