First of all, I also glad you are here. I can't wait to hear how this positively impacts your vocal health journey. I love that this enables you to structure your workout how ever YOU see fit. I recommend starting with a good stretch, doing a breath exercise or two, hitting at least 2 SOVT exercises and then spicing it up with whatever feels best for you!! If you only have a couple minutes or time for one exercise- let it be an SOVT. Aim to practice 3-5 times a week! Aim to also give yourself a day a week where you can truly be quiet and rest those beautiful vocal folds. Happy singing!
