Subscribe to our subkit to recieve ready-at-hand resources that empower you to solve your clinical problems.

In our blog, we often discuss the many barriers that limit research application to clinical practice. Our subkit is designed to breakdown those barriers.

We aim to start with high impact use-cases from problems we often encounter in clinical practice with vetted evidence-based interventions to address them that have failed to translate to everyday care.

The key example is quadriceps weakness after knee/ACL injury. Weakness is neurally driven from the swollen in painful joint. This arthro-inhibition is the root cause of impairment, yet our traditional practices fail to effectively target it.

Join us for the next 2 months as we bring you up-to-date on emerging evidence with real-world, applicable, and easily accessible clinical take-homes.
