I've heard this too many times. "I'll sleep when I'm dead." As if a lifestyle with poor sleeping patterns, unregulated hormones, and health problems is something to brag about. I love to sleep and I've always loved sleep. Even at the height of my youth I would rarely sacrifice sleep for a full weekend of partying--or studying for that matter. Sleep makes us happy. It makes us healthy. It makes us more ourselves. Here are some the benefits of having good sleeping habits:
