Intermittent fasting is GREAT. The first few days you try a new eating routine might make you feel a bit off and hungry, but you'll get used to it - I promise. I've been doing IF for almost a year now and it has changed me for the better.
I've lost weight without trying too hard, I sleep better, I appreciate my meals more and I don't see myself ever going back to habitual late dinners. Of course, some days I break my schedule. Work meetings run late, or I feel like I didn't get enough calories in throughout that day so I might have a late meal. But overall I try to keep my schedule.
