It's what we are making at next Friday's LIVE cookery class!!
Flakey, spicy, cheesey goodness 😍 👌. Master the art of layering these parathas stuffed with a spicy masala and cheese to create addictively moreish breads!
This live class will be hosted on Zoom on **9th July** at **7pm**. An invite link will be emailed out to you next Friday.
If you'd like to cook along with me next Friday, you will need:
Makes 4 parathas:
For the dough:
1 cup (140g) plain flour
1 cup (135g) chapati/whole wheat flour (atta)
For the stuffing:
3 large garlic cloves (15g)
10 stems fresh coriander
75g butter (soft/room temperature)
Kasuri Methi (sun dried fenugreek leaves)
2 tsp tomato puree
100g cheese, grated (I like to use a mix of Red Leicester & mozzarella but you can use any!)
You will also need:
Extra flour for dusting
Butter or ghee
Mixing Bowls x 2
Mini Food Processor
Non stick frying pan/tava/crepe pan
