I have been in dance and fitness all of my life. As far back as I can remember, I always loved to move my body and enjoyed nature. When I was in high school, I had a best friend who was overweight. She said to me, &quot;you don&#39;t know what it is like being fat.&quot; More than anything, I wanted to understand how she felt and what she was going through. I went so far as to try and gain weight. That did not work, although my mother threatened to paddle lock all the cabinets. Since I was not going to gain, she was going to have to lose weight. Side by side, making it fun, she lost the weight. More importantly, she got healthy. She was also my guinea pig for the all-natural face masks. After the summer, she was unrecognizable. She beamed with confidence; to this day, she is my biggest fan and cheerleader. My motivation is the feeling you get when you know you made a difference in other people&#39;s lives for the better. My business is helping people achieve overall well-being and encouraging others to create their own harmonious environments. I am a massage therapist, esthetician, fitness instructor, and home organizer. My clients range from tourists to locals and celebrities. I love what I do. I love to help others achieve their personal best while making connections.
