Our subscription plans on Subkit have three levels. The basic low-key approach is labeled the Turtle. You receive a monthly newsletter with tips, tricks and insights for your action. The full-on program is the Rabbit. As a rabbit you get a weekly dose of material and full access. Rabbit resources include: 2-minute podcasts, 5-minute podcasts, 5-10 minute dose of print content, video presentations approximately 5-7 minutes each, text messages during the day to keep you on-track and the turtle level newsletters.
If you want the high-touch service to boost your Rabbit progress then personal health coaching is available in 1-hour blocks. You can receive an 1-hour session, or 3-4 sessions of 15-20 minutes each.

Our subscription programs are built around our cornerstone program The Science of Weight Loss Workbook. This comprehensive reference is the basis for our podcasts, video presentations and shorter sections of print content. The Workbook is $14.99 through Apple. The Workbook is also available in a Kindle version, although at a higher price. Podcast libraries are available through Apple Podcasts, iHeart and Spotify.
Phil Smeltzer, PhD is the Managing Partner and primary creator of the Healthy Body Products. The approach is to deliver science-based programs without any myths or misinformation. The use of behavioral science and integrating humor as much as possible are key design features of Healthy Body Plan products.
