This modern-day series of movements is a staple of most yoga classes, but according to Yoga Journal its origins date back to a ritual that’s nearly 3,500 years old!
Basically, sun salutations involve cycling through a series of basic movements that stretch and strengthen nearly every muscle in your body.
This week let’s try to do TWO sun salutations every day (more if you’re feeling ambitious!).
