You are going to LOVE this week’s challenge, because it’s all about feeling HAPPIER. And who doesn’t want more of that in their life?!

Yes, that’s right: this week you have full-on permission to do one INTENTIONAL thing each day that makes you happy.

I’m not talking about the fleeting “happiness” of a candy bar… especially if that’ll just make you feel guilty when you’re done.

I’m talking about the kind of happiness that fuels your spirit.

We all have 24 hours in a day... why not spend a few extra minutes every day this week on something that makes you feel really great.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

😊Compliment a stranger

🌸 Buy some flowers (for you or your neighbor!)

🧘‍♀️Take a new yoga class

🥑Pick up the grocery tab for a first-responder you see in line in front/back of you

😍Pamper yourself by getting your nails done, massage, etc.

🌳Go for a walk outside and enjoy nature!

The funny thing about intentionally doing things to create happiness: it MULTIPLIES if someone else benefits, too!
