Roasted Harissa Chickpeas:


- 400g drained chickpeas

- 2 tbsp oil

- 2 tbsp harissa powder

- 1 tbsp chilli powder


1. Drain chickpeas and rinse with cold water

2. Add chickpeas to an oven dish, ensuring they are spaced out

3. Drizzle over the oil and spices and shake well

4. Put in a preheated oven (220 degrees) for 20-25 minutes or

until crispy and enjoy!
