I believe that no one should be held back from achieving greater impact in their life and work. Everyone should have the tools they need to reach their full potential. But—you&#39;re probably thinking—there&#39;s already so much self-help stuff out there. The thing is, much of what&#39;s available was written by type-A productivity naturals; by 9 on 10s when it comes to their lifestyle habits. These people don&#39;t know the struggle of the world&#39;s 1s and 2s. Maybe they know how to go from a 7 to a 9 given their own journey, but that&#39;s it. This is why their advice never sticks for most people. I , on the other hand, have figured out how to go from a 1 to a 7. Through years of research plus tons of trial and error, I pieced together a self-improvement system that has helped me break out of my rut. This is what I now teach through the Habit Reframe Method and this program.
