Changing of the calendar year seems to mark a significant time in our culture. It's a turning of the page where things are supposed to change, a time when you’re supposed to change. But how many times have you proclaimed, “this is my year!” 

 The thing is, we have to do more than stake a claim, we also need a vision. A reason for why we want to change certain things as well as an understanding of how this year is going to be your year. 

 This January we are opening up our Journey Seeker Coaching session to everyone! Together we will create a collective energy that will give you the inspiration to craft your vision. In this session we will be guiding you through macro and micro goal setting, and challenge you to identify action steps to make it all happen.
