Hey everyone, welcome to the fitness corner :)

My name is Clem, I've been a personal trainer for the past 10 years and love helping people finding the best way to get fit.

You know there is tons and tons of information, trends and methods out there but which one is right? Which one is wrong? The great thing about fitness is that there are many ways to achieve results and you don't have to do what everyone else is doing. That's where I come in, I help you disseminate the information out there so you can create a fitness plan with the methods you like.

I write a weekly newsletter that goes over various fitness topics from basic nutrition to more complex biomechanics of the human body and also answer any questions you send me.

For those who want a more hands on approach, I create you whole workout plan and help you every inch of the way. You receive a detailled workout plan with video demonstration, weekly updated workouts, nutrition guidance and weekly coaching calls.

A little bit about me:

After growing up playing rugby, I studied sports sciences in Toulouse, France and became passionate about how different training protocols influenced the human body. After university I went back to Vancouver where I've been helping people get fit ever since. I've enjoyed experiencing on myself different training methods in the gym for muscle growth and strength. I also have an interest in endurance sports, having completed marathons and an iron man and currently training for back country skiing.
