I’m a certified sound healer, hypnotherapy practitioner, and a Reiki Level I and II healerI have a B.A. in African American Studies from Smith College, and an M.A. of Educational Leadership, Policy and Advocacy from New York University. As a former professor and executive leader, I weave my academic and organizational background with my work as a healer and coach to create transformational learning experiences for my clients on their journey towards healing from trauma in their work and personal lives. I am currently compiling my healing and well-being strategies for thriving at work in my first book, tentatively titled, The Grind Culture Detox: Heal from Capitalism, Thrive at Work which will be released by Hierophant Publishing in June 2022. I have been featured on large wellness platforms like, Yoga Journal and have worked with thought leaders like Deepak Chopra and Shawn Ginwright to promote healing, and well-being.
