Evermore Eyes India Expansion
Dubai based lab-grown diamond jewelry retailer preparing big market entry splash

Already popular as a lab-grown diamond jewelry retailer in Dubai, Evermore is now scouting retail locations and celebrity endorsers in India.
Quoted recently in Arabian Business, CEO Rohan Siroya said:
“We will have our first store in Pune in the Western Indian state of Maharashtra, followed by two more stores in the city and one in Delhi in the next few months, within each of the top five [Indian] metros, we plan to have five key retailers selling the brand eventually.”
The company is reportedly involved in an active search for a big Bollywood celebrity to become the brand ambassador for the India launch.
And as expensive as that celebrity will be, there are also the costs of the store buildouts to plan for.
“India is a continent within itself and it requires concentrated effort. We understand this, being an international brand that truly understands regional tastes. We are beginning with the major metros first, but any store in India requires a minimum of $75000-$100,000 investment to begin with,” Siroya said.
All store formats are planned to be full scale shop-in-shops with reputable retailers in the respective cities.
