
If you're like me, it's hard to just sit peacefully and meditate. Maybe your mind wanders to your to-do list, or you focus on the cars driving by outside.
Guided meditation is awesome for those of us who have trouble focusing on meditation. The facilitator talks you through everything, and all you have to do is sit there and listen.
I find it's best when I can:
- have a quiet space to get comfortable
- use headphones or earbuds
- give myself a few minutes before and after the guided meditation to breathe and just "be"
