Someone wise once said that our calling is residing, often in seclusion, inside the answer to this one magical question: 'What breaks my heart?'
It breaks my heart when I meet people who feel trapped. Stuck in themselves, their relationships, their work, their lives. Once upon a time, I was that person: disconnected from myself, with low self-esteem and unaware of what my impulses were telling me. Yet, I always believed that we get this one life to discover our uniqueness, build thriving relationships, do our best work, and live our lives to the fullest!

We all experience being 'trapped' at certain moments on our journey. Moulded by our tumultuous past and constrained by present-day society that's doing its best to chain us into well-behaving citizens, we carry the heaviness of a slowly growing void. Despite being active participants in daily life, we feel disconnected from who we are and how we want to show up in the world.
But there is light 🔆 at the end of the tunnel! By reflecting on our stories from the past and envisioning a new story we want to inhabit in the future, we can liberate ourselves and start living life to the fullest.
